The Heights has been serviced by underground electrical, sewer, water and telecommunications networks.

Will The Heights Flood?

Whilst it is unlikely to flood, design of the development has been prepared to ensure all allotments remain flood free up to the 100-storm event.

How much public recreational and conservation space will there be?

Who maintains the landscaping and parks through The Heights?

Urbex will maintain the landscaped parks and entry statements for a period of 12 months from completion of each stage’s works at which point City of Palmerston will take over the maintenance.

How many homes will be delivered by Urbex at The Heights?

The Heights is an extension of a masterplanned community where there are already more than 350 homes. Urbex plans to deliver an additional 420 homes for in excess of 1,000 Territorians over the next 10 years

What are the building time frames at The Heights?

Purchasers will be required to have substantially commenced construction within 18 months of settling their lot purchase and completed construction and landscaping within 12 months of the construction start date.
