What to Expect
The Heights has been a master planned community since 2012, and Urbex is committed to continuing that vision. During the consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to:
• Hear directly from the Urbex team about what is planned for the remaining development area (Stages 12–19).
• See the masterplan and understand what the development means for the area.
• Talk to the project team and specialist consultants one-on-one.
• Learn about the current Development Application and what it covers.
• Share your feedback.
This is a two-way conversation. We’re here to listen just as much as we’re here to share information.
A Note on Our Commitment to the Community
Urbex has been part of The Heights story since 2022, and we’re here for the long term. The development’s original vision, lot numbers, scale and intent remain the same; the only updates relate to alignment with the new NT Planning Scheme.
We’ve listened before. During our recent rezoning process various concerns were raised by community members. We heard those concerns, took them seriously, and subsequently made changes and amendments to our masterplan to cater to those concerns where we could. That’s the kind of relationship we’re committed to within our community, and this consultation is an important next step in that conversation.
